REGULATORY ESCALATION

RERA Compliance

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). RERA is the governing body for real estate regulation in Dubai and provides an independent dispute resolution service for property buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. Visit rera.gov.ae to submit a formal complaint or contact them directly through the Dubai Land Department.
